Our company policy does not allow for returns.

However, we do offer an exchange policy if the product is damaged (a 360-degree video is required as proof) or if there is a sizing issue.

Please note that there will be an extra charge in case of any exchange.

No Return/Exchange for Perfect Orders: If the product you receive is exactly as per your order and in perfect condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We aim to deliver products that meet your expectations from the start. NO REFUND ONLY EXCHANGE

Exchange for Defective or Size Issues: We understand that sometimes issues can arise. In the case of a defective product or size-related problem, we offer a one-time exchange. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Product Return Condition: If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our Chaman Dental office. The returned product should be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
